  Unfortunately, I am very disappointed for the lack of a clear explanation of services. i had received an $250 off offer to purchase injectables. I made an appointment to see Dr. McDonald who was friendly professional and courteous. He explain what I needed and his technique of using a combination of products to achieve a better more settle look which is exactly what I was looking to accomplish. I also clearly remember him saying that if I wasn't happy .with the results and needed any "adjustments" that I could come back. However, no one was careful to explain the fine print on the offer. Aso, Dr. McDonald happens to charge by the area and not by the unit as most places do. Long story short, I ended up with a $1,200 bill for botox and fillers which INCLUDED the $250 dollar discount. Although I was confused and a little surprised when paying, I couldn't say much. The treatment had already been done. I contacted the practice twice over the phone and twice via email. My 11's were starting to show not even 3 months into the treatment. I was turned down and told that the adjustment had to be within the first 3 months of the treatment. This wasn't explained clearly to me otherwise I would have called immediately. In summary, this isn't my first rodeo. I know that treatments don't last a year or even 6 months for some people but they do definitely last more than 3 months. My mother worked for a prominent plastic surgeon for 15 years. I am familiar with the treatments; I felt very deceived. I don't think there was a clear explanation of services. I also don't think it is worth the money considering you can get the same exact treatment anywhere else for half the money without "coupon" . I am sure Mr. McDonald is an amazing surgeon. I wasn't having plastic surgery tho. This was cosmetic work. I am sure his technique makes total sense but it does not excuse the charges much less not being able to back up their "adjustments" policy. I would recommend anyone seeking cosmetic work to question details but preferably to invest their money wisely elsewhere.
